Shipping Policy

Welcome to RAWROOTS GARMENTS (operating at jump-raw.com). This Shipping Policy explains how we handle delivery of your orders in Mauritius and worldwide.

1) Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details (where available) once your order has been dispatched.
- If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to offer a replacement or a refund.
2) Shipping Within Mauritius
- Standard Delivery: Estimated 2–4 business days after dispatch.
- Express Delivery (where available): Estimated 1–2 business days after dispatch.
- Delivery fees are displayed at checkout before payment. From time to time we may offer free delivery above a stated order value; when active, this will be shown at checkout or on promotional banners.
- Deliveries are made to the address you provide at checkout. Please ensure your address and contact number are accurate to avoid delays.
3) International Shipping
- We ship worldwide. Estimated transit times (business days) after dispatch:
- Regional (Indian Ocean & Africa): 7–14 days
- Europe, Asia, Middle East: 10–20 days
- North America & Other Regions: 14–25 days
- International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight/volume.
- Customs & Import Taxes: Your order may be subject to customs duties, VAT/GST, handling fees, or import taxes imposed by your country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are the customer’s responsibility.
- Customs processing may extend delivery times beyond our estimates.
4) Tracking Your Order
- Tracking numbers are provided where available and will be sent via email after dispatch.
- Tracking events may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after you receive the tracking number.
- If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number so we can assist.
5) Delays & Exceptions
- Estimated delivery times are guidelines and may be affected by courier backlogs, severe weather, public holidays, customs inspections, or other factors beyond our control.
- RAWROOTS GARMENTS cannot be held responsible for courier or customs delays. We will, however, support you in following up with the carrier.
6) Undeliverable Packages
- If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete/incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or failure to collect from a pickup point, we can reship upon request.
